Candidates are expected to possess a college degree in a safety or health related discipline and/or have a minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a safety professional. In addition to experience and degree, certifications including: ASP, CSP, CIH, CHST, OHST and OSHA Outreach Instructor are preferred.
Communication skills (written and verbal) are critical to United Alliance Services Corporation success and must be possessed by each applicant. Candidates must also be able to utilize computer software (word processors, spreadsheets and auditing software) and have a working knowledge of regulatory standards for construction, general industry, environmental or maritime industries.

If you are seeking a professional sales opportunity with significant income potential, United Alliance Services may be the place for you. United Alliance Services is a dynamic, fast growing professional services firm providing occupational health, safety and environmental consulting and training services to multiple industries.
United Alliance Services would like to continue expanding its presence in the market by adding new team members to its Sales & Marketing Department. Primary responsibilities include telemarketing efforts, face-to-face sales presentations and proposal/contract development.
The strategy for selling this professional service includes making outbound calls to engage prospects and develop relationships with potential customers and company decision makers. United Alliance Services will provide a territory (list of companies) for the outbound calling campaign. The primary focus of outbound calling is to assess companies for their regulatory requirements and need for assistance with health, safety and environmental compliance. As a lead list is developed, Sales Reps are responsible to manage each relationship and work to close sales. Relationship selling is the foundation of our outbound sales activity and has proven successful for growth. United Alliance Services uses ACT (CRM) to help manage daily sales activity.
Applicants must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and a strong interest with outbound sales efforts. Preferred applicant will have direct sales experience with a proven success record. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Applicants must have the ability to work with senior level management, including presenting and initiating plans for business development.
Applicant needs to be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of and/or experience using ACT is a plus. Applicant must be detail-oriented, organized and sensitive to timeliness and deadlines. Applicant must be proactive, independent and self-motivated.
If you are seeking a position as a professional trainer on a part-time or full-time base with significant income potential, United Alliance Services may be the place for you. This position requires developing, coordinating and participating in training and development of occupational health and safety training programs including conducting needs analyses, establishing training requirements, developing training resources, instruction and evaluating training programs and additional related work as required.
Applicant must have a current OSHA Outreach instructor authorization card in either general industry or construction

If you are seeking a position as a professional consultant on a part-time or full-time base with significant income potential, United Alliance Services may be the place for you. The primary responsibility of this position will be the development, management, and implementation of a health and safety programs for multiple clients. This position requires extensive safety management, accident investigation, and training experience in both general industry and construction. This position also requires extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, state and local laws pertaining to general industry and construction.
Other Responsibilities and Duties Include: Refine and implement health and safety programs and systems for clients; Develop, implement, and coordinate health and safety training and activities.
