OSHA Safety for Public Sector Employees - Updated Law G.L. c. 149, § 6 ½

Effective February 1, 2019 public sector employers in Massachusetts will be covered under OSHA.

To comply with the new Department of Labor Standards regulations, members of your staff may need their OSHA 10 Hour or 30 Hour certification or other applicable safety training.  

Get your team ready now with little to no impact to your budget. You can get up to $25,000 of direct safety training costs reimbursed through the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents’ Safety Training Grant. Applications for the safety training grant are open now until September 28, 2018. Limited funds are available so make sure you get your application in as soon as possible!
