She quickly picked up managing a competent staff by helping her parents in their family businesses and learned customer service by interacting with clients. She would later cement her natural skills after college by launching her own health and safety companies.

Peter Crosby is the President and Principal Consultant of Exposure Assessment Strategies, Inc. He has more than 18 years experience in the field of public health and exposure assessment. He has spent more than 10 years as an independent public health consultant, working with power utilities, manufacturers, construction companies, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, property managers and owners, and residents on issues surrounding workplace and environmental chemical exposure.
Safety Consultant/ Instructor
Bob Sands brings extensive OSHA standard compliance expertise to the United Alliance Services technical staff.
As a former Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP) Manager for the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA), Bob advised companies in safety and health management systems development, and performed more than 100 on site VPP evaluations. He supported companies through the VPP Application process, and getting to compliance.
Senior Consultant/ Instructor
Patrick began his career as a Journeyman Ironworker after completing a three year apprenticeship training program. With his many years’ of experience as an Ironworker he has gained first-hand knowledge of the day to day operations on construction sites, and the ability to quickly identify hazards on a jobsite or associated with a particular task.
Karen Sanborn is a Certified Safety Professional with more than 30 years of experience in occupational health and safety. As Technical Director, She brings to United Alliance Services expertise in working with clients to develop and grow their safety programs. Karen has a successful track record of putting improvement ideas into practice with clients of varied sizes and diversified industries.
With over 30 years of extensive experience ranging from construction to draftsman to education, Ray provides critical expertise and hands on experience promoting safe work environments as a Senior Consultant/ Instructor for United Alliance Services.

George has 30 years’ experience in the commercial construction and oil and gas industries. He has worked as a Construction Occupational Health and Safety Manager on multi-million dollar projects both domestically and overseas.
Training Account Manager
Michelle works in the corporate office of United Alliance Services working on creating customized training and consulting proposals. She has over a decade of client services experience in her portfolio. Her strong relationship building skills ensure continued client retention as well as new business development. She manages accounts, ensuring that client needs are met and guides them in selecting the exact training and consulting services that they need. She is educated as a certified pharmacy technician and grew up in a medical and public service family.
Director of Marketing/ Office Manager
Meg heads marketing operations for United Alliance Services. Her responsibilities include website updates, monitoring web analytics, and driving website traffic through blogs and fresh web content. Meg manages the company’s social media profiles on platforms such as; Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, YouTube, among others. She creates digital and print materials to promote United Alliance Services, generate leads, drives conversion, and provide support to the sales team. Also, she provides in-house IT support for the company’s day-to-day operations.

Troy Bierkortte possesses over 30 years’ wide-ranging experience in Occupational Health and Safety, Radiation Safety, Respiratory Protection, and Plant Operations. He specializes in Electric Generation, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Construction Services.
Beginning in the US Navy as a Nuclear Propulsion Operator and Technician, Troy has traveled throughout the US and Canada providing services to the Nuclear, Fossil, Hydro, and Petro-Chemical sectors.

Don is a Safety Professional with more than 15 years’ experience in occupational health and safety. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety from Keene State College, he spent the majority of his career in the manufacturing field. He has held multiple positions in EHS, Plant Management, Human Resources, and Technology.

As the lead accountant for United Alliance Services, Dana brings more than ten years of accounting and business management experience to the corporate office staff.
Dana is exceptional at organizing data, attention to detail, mathematical accuracy, and proper coding. She uses best practice auditing procedures, planning techniques, and test and sampling methods when conducting audits.
Her smile and laugh always brighten up the office. As a team player, she is always willing to pitch in wherever she can.

Brenna comes to United Alliance Services from Fresenius Medical Care North America where she was part of the hemodialysis health care team. Under the direction of a physician, she provided safe and effective dialysis therapy to patients.
