Personal protective equipment (PPE) is designed to protect you from serious workplace injuries or illnesses resulting from contact with chemical, radiological, physical, electrical, mechanical, or other workplace hazards. This two-hour course will help acquaint you with the various types of PPE specifically designed to protect your hands. It will assist you in selecting and maintaining the proper equipment based on the workplace hazard(s) present. The content in this course is designed to comply with the intent of the applicable regulatory requirements.
